This Business Cardholder Agreement (“Agreement”), the card carrier we send with your credit card, the accompanying sheet entitled “Supplemental Pricing Disclosure” and the application you signed or otherwise submitted, including any application disclosures (collectively, the “Business Cardholder Documents”), as well as any supplements or amendments to the Business Cardholder Documents, govern the use of your TCM Bank, N.A. Visa® or MasterCard® credit card (“Card”) account (your “Account”). All the Business Cardholder Documents are part of and are incorporated into this Agreement. By signing (including by any electronic or digital signature) your Card, your Account application, any accepted sales slip, or any other document in connection with the use of your Card or your Account, or by using your Card or allowing someone else to use it, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
