THIS AGREEMENT made Pune this day of 1999 between DECCAN BUSINESS CLUB registered office at 1216/7,Amrut Chambers , F.C.Road,Pune 411004 , carrying on business of “Business Centre” at 1216/7 Amrut Chambers ,F.C.Road ,Pune 411 004 , hereinafter referred to as “The Cenre”’(which expression shall,unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof , be deemed to mean and include its successors and assigns) of the one Part AND .M/s NEXUS India Pvt. Ltd having it’s branch office at __________ and having its registered office at _____________ hereinafter referred to as “The Client”,(which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include its successors) of the other Part. WHEREAS the Centre is seized and possessed of and otherwise well and sufficiently entitled to the office premises bearing No.1216/7 ad measuring approximately 3400 sq.ft along with the furniture & fitting and air-conditioning unit as well as parking space
