By signing the order (“Service Order”) for Business Class Managed IT service (the “Service”) to which these terms and conditions are attached, the named customer(s) signing the Service Order (“You” or “Subscriber”) is(are) agreeing to the following terms and conditions (referred to herein as the “Agreement”), effective as of the date of Subscriber’s signature on the Service Order.
