This Business eBanking Agreement and Disclosure (the "Agreement") explains the terms and conditions governing basic business online banking capabilities, including Bill Pay, ACH1, Positive Pay1 and Remote Deposit Capture1 services offered by Surrey Bank & Trust. Your initial use of Business eBanking constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and by the account disclosures and fee schedule provided to you at the time you opened your account(s). Your use of the Service acknowledges your receipt and understanding of this Agreement.
