This Agreement and Disclosure (“Agreement”) describes your rights and obligations as a user of the Online Banking and Mobile Banking Service (jointly referred to as the “Service”) provided by Christian Financial Credit Union. In this Agreement, the words "you" and "yours" mean those who submit a request for access to the Service and any authorized users. The word "account(s)" means any one or more savings, checking, and loan accounts you have with Christian Financial Credit Union. In this Agreement the words "we" and "us" and "our" and "ours" and “Credit Union” and “Christian Financial” mean Christian Financial Credit Union. This Agreement also describes the rights and obligations of Christian Financial Credit Union.

This Agreement is the contract, which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the electronic services offered to you by Rogue Credit Union (“Credit Union”). By submitting a Business Account Card or Electronic Services enrollment or use any Electronic Service, you agree to the following terms governing your and our rights and responsibilities concerning electronic services including: Internet Banking, Bill Payment, Popmoney Payments, Account to Account (A2A) and External Funds transfers, ACH, Mobile Banking and Remote Deposit transactions involving your account.

This Business Electronic Services Agreement and Disclosure (“Agreement and Disclosure”) describes your rights and obligations as a user of SkyOne Federal Credit Unions’ (“Credit Union”) Online Banking System, Mobile Banking System, Bill Payment System, and Remote Deposit Capture Service (“RDCS”) (collectively, the “Services”). In addition to this Agreement and Disclosure, you and the Credit Union agree to be bound by and comply with the requirements of the Business Account Agreement and Disclosures and any other Agreements applicable to each of your accounts. In the event of an inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Disclosure and the terms and conditions of other Agreements provided to you, this Agreement and Disclosure will govern to the extent of such inconsistency.
