Texas Roadhouse wants to demolish the former Bennigan’s restaurant and construct a new $3.2 million facility. The 7,818 square-foot restaurant would be built on the former Bennigan's restaurant pad site (Attachment A - Site Location). Construction and opening of the new facility is estimated in Fall/Winter 2015.
