This Business Incubation Centre (BIC) Facilities Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is executed on this day of (hereinafter referred to as the “Execution Date” and is applicable with effect from (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”) between BUSINESS INCUBATION CENTRE, Kannur University Campus, Palayad Thalassey-670661 (hereinafter referred to as “FIRST PARTY” or as "Company" or “BIC” which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the subject or context thereof, be deemed to mean and include its successors and permitted assigns).
