The terms and conditions of this Business Services Subscriber Agreement (“Agreement”) set forth in the “General Terms and Conditions” section below are applicable to all Services (defined below) provided by Vyve (defined below). The attachments (“Attachments”) thereto further describe and set forth additional terms and conditions for Vyve’s Video, Voice, Internet, Enterprise Class Fiber, and Vyve Technology Solutions (VTS) Services and are hereby incorporated into, and made a part of, this Agreement by this reference. This Agreement should be read in conjunction with Vyve’s Business Services Acceptable Use Policy (“Business AUP”), Network Management Practices Policy and Customer Privacy Notice, as they may be changed from time to time.
