This Agreement is for purchase of a puppy from Golden Cavaliers in Fredericksburg, Ohio. We breed only using healthy parent dogs that are tested and/ or examined as appropriate and found to be free from hip dysplasia and other genetic defects, with “issue-free” temperaments.
