This END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is agreed and signed between Invoyz Financial Solutions Private Limited [CIN: U74999KA2021PTC148568] and the End-User who has accepted this agreement by clicking the Acceptance button and it becomes effective from the date of such acceptance by the End-User. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that govern the subscription placed under this Agreement.

BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT OR USING AND/OR ACCESSING THE PRODUCTS (DEFINED BELOW), YOU (1) AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS MASTER EVALUATION AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND THE COMPANY OR ORGANIZATION YOU REPRESENT (“CUSTOMER”), (2) REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER, AND (3) AGREE THAT SUCH CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTS AND OMISSIONS OF ANY INDIVIDUAL USERS WHO REGISTER FOR, ACCESS OR USE THE PRODUCTS. THIS AGREEMENT IS ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND SHAPE SECURITY, INC. (“SHAPE”). IF YOU AND OR CUSTOMER DOES NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PRODUCTS.
