CE and BA have entered into, are entering into, or may subsequently enter into, agreements or other documented arrangements (“Business Arrangements”), pursuant to which BA may provide products and/or services for CE that require BA to access, create and use health information that is protected by state and/or federal law. All such uses and disclosures contemplated by this BAA are at all times subject to the Business Arrangements.
