This Continued Cooperation Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) dated 21st day of September, 2021, (“Effective Date”) entered into by and between the Citizen Potawatomi Nation (the “Nation”), a federally-recognized tribal government, and The City of Shawnee, Oklahoma (the “City”), a duly-organized political subdivision of the State of Oklahoma (together, “Entities”) and hereby agree as follows:
