The amounts financed under the Agreement are secured by a C-PACE assessment on the Property and, pursuant to 35-A M.R.S. §10205(2), the filing of this Notice creates a C-PACE lien against the Property subject to the C-PACE assessment until the amounts due under the Agreement are paid in full.
