This Cabana Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your rental of a vehicle (“Vehicle”) from Schumpeter Enterprises, Inc., dba Cabana (“Cabana”) and your use of that Vehicle for the duration of your rental (the “Rental Period”). By clicking “I Accept”, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, including the mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver in the “Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration” section, you may not drive or use a Vehicle.
