This Calix Media Trial Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Media Individual”) and Calix, Inc. (“Calix”) and governs your use of the Calix System Products, Software and Subscription Services, identified in Exhibit A, for a limited trial and is effective on the date accepted by you (“Effective Date”). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Calix regarding your trial use of the Calix System Products, Software and Subscription Services.
