The Putnam County Fair Board hereby agrees to allow your camper to be placed at the Eleanor Park Fairgrounds (Stock Barn Area) during the 2024 Putnam County Fair July 12-20, 2024, for a fee of $100.00. Camper owners understand that the Town of Eleanor does not operate a public camping facility in Eleanor Park in Eleanor, WV. The owner also understands that such permission is granted to allow owners of 4-H /FFA livestock access to livestock care and to assist with any problems that may arise with the livestock during the fair. ALL CAMPERS WILL BE ASSIGNED SITES ON A FIRST COME/FIRST SERVE BASIS OR AS DESIGNATED BY THE CHAIRMAN. AGREEMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITH FEE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL ON THE FAIRGROUNDS. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY MONEY ORDER OR CASH ONLY.

Medication Policy: Medications brought to camp MUST be given to the camper’s counselor to be handed out by our First Aid Staff. All prescription medications MUST be in the original container with the camper’s name, name of medication, and directions clearly marked on the pharmacy label. All over-the-counter medication must be in the original container and accompanied by parental instructions. Medication with no identification WILL NOT be given.
