This form must be filled out, signed, and dated by all adult campers and visitors to Stoney Creek Ranch (“Stoney Creek” or “the camp”), or, if the camper or other visitor is a minor (under 18 years of age), by a parent or legal guardian of that minor camper. No one will be permitted to attend camp unless Stoney Creek Ranch staff have received this form completed, signed and dated. In this agreement, the camper and other visitors, including chaperones of visiting organizations are referred to as “campers.”

The Original Pa.1000 Yard Benchrest Club

In order to keep a camper on the Original Pa. 1000 Yard Benchrest Club grounds the following agreement must be signed by the camper owner and adhered to. Failure to adhere to the agreement will result in the owner being asked to remove the camper. If the camper is not removed within 30 days of the request, I give the club permission to remove my camper and I agree to be responsible for costs incurred in removal and storage. I also understand that I will not be allowed to shoot in any club match until the situation is resolved.

Trout Lake is very blessed to have a new Direct Primary Care (non-insurance) medical clinic in our little town. The Trout Lake Clinic (TLC) is located right across from the General Store at 2384 Hwy. 141, Trout Lake, WA 98650. Marshal F. Harpe, D.O, and Shanea C. Harpe, a certified nutritionist, opened early in 2017 as a service to this community. Soon after opening, they reached out to Camp Jonah to offer their services at reduced prices. TLC is not an insurance plan. The Harpes say it is “assurance not Insurance”.

Camper owners understand that the Town of Eleanor does not operate a public camping facility in Eleanor Park in Eleanor, WV. The owner also understands that such permission is granted to allow owners of 4-H /FFA livestock access to livestock care and to assist with any problems that may arise with the livestock during the fair. ALL CAMPERS WILL BE ASSIGNED SITES ON A FIRST COME/FIRST SERVE BASIS OR AS DESIGNATED BY THE CHAIRMAN. AGREEMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITH FEE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL ON THE FAIRGROUNDS. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY MONEY ORDER OR CASH ONLY.
