Only registered large livestock animal exhibitors, Fair Board Members, 4-H families, vendors, Superintendents and Extension staff may stay in designated areas. Fair Board may approve additional campers. Participants must pre-register for camping space as there is limited availability. Campers may be delivered to the Fairgrounds AFTER 5:00 PM on Friday, August 3rd, but be on site BEFORE 8:00 PM on Monday, August 6th. Campers must be removed by 4:00 PM on Sunday, August 12th and vehicles towing campers must be parked off site in a designated parking lot.
