Make checks payable to “TWO MILE RUN COUNTY PARK”. Refunds will only be made for cancellations requested a minimum of 30 days prior to the reservation date. There are no weather related refunds and no refunds for failure to show. If you cancel your reservation after paying the 50% deposit or payment in full, you may request a refund which will come from the Venango County Treasurer’s Office and may take 3-6 weeks. Only registered large livestock animal exhibitors, Fair Board Members, 4-H families, vendors, Superintendents and Extension staff may stay in designated areas. Fair Board may approve additional campers. Participants must pre-register for camping space as there is limited availability. Campers may be delivered to the Fairgrounds AFTER 5:00 PM on Friday, August 3rd, but be on site BEFORE 8:00 PM on Monday, August 6th. Campers must be removed by 4:00 PM on Sunday, August 12th and vehicles towing campers must be parked off site in a designated parking lot.
