These amendments are entered into between the entities identified in the Signature Form. The terms and conditions in this Amendment supersede any conflicting terms and conditions in the Campus and School Agreement (“Agreement”) and/or participant Enrollments, as applicable. All terms used but not defined in this Amendment will have the same meanings provided in the Agreement or participant Enrollment.
