This Agreement explains the specific requirements applicable to an individual’s use of an Assistance Animal in University of Alaska Anchorage (“UAA” or “University”) housing. UAA reserves the right to modify this Agreement as circumstances may require. This Agreement applies solely to “Assistance Animals” approved for University housing through DSS. It does not apply to service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
