The Canada-New Brunswick Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care Agreement is a five year bilateral agreement committing to build a community-based childcare system by reducing the out-of-pocket expenses for parents, increasing preschool childcare spaces that meet the needs of parents and to bolster quality and inclusion. It is an agreement that sees a joint investment by the federal and provincial governments of $544 million over five years.
