CANARY BEACH RESORT EQUIPMENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENTCanary Beach Resort • May 18th, 2021
This Waiver and Liability Release is applicable to all Guests, operators, passengers, and users of Equipment provided by Canary Beach Resort. The undersigned agrees that he/she is also signing this Release on behalf of undersigned’s minor children and minor children in the undersigned’s party. The undersigned agrees that he/she will disclose to Canary Beach Resort all potential operators, passengers, and users of said the Equipment. The undersigned further agrees that in the event that he/she fails to notify Canary Beach Resort of all potential operators, passengers, or users of the Equipment, he/she will be personally liable for any damages caused by the undisclosed individuals, even if such damages arise out of the negligence of Canary Beach Resort.
