WHEREAS the Panmure Island Provincial Park (“the Park”) has been designated as a provincial park pursuant to subsection 6(1) of the Recreation Development Act, R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. R-9 and Tourism PEI operates it as such on behalf of Government;
