This SerraFund Accounting software module for NetSuite License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Capital Business Solutions, with its principal place of business located at 3725 National Drive, Suite 140, Raleigh, NC 27612 (“Company”), and the entity listed on the Agreement to Purchase provided in connection with this Agreement(“Customer”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein will have the meaning given to them in Section 15. This Agreement is effective as of the date accepted noted on the Agreement to Purchase document. (“Effective Date”).
