This Agreement is made as of this day of , 2020, by and between the Bassett Creek Watershed Management Commission, a joint powers watershed management organization (the “Commission”), and Plymouth Leased Housing Associates IV, LLLP, a Minnesota limited liability limited partnership (the “Developer”). The Commission and the Developer may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “party” or collectively as the “parties.”
