This Contract for Structuring Agent Services #2013-11-02-003 (Contract) is entered into by and between the FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION (Florida Housing), a public corporation and a public body corporate and politic, with headquarters located at 227 North Bronough Street, Suite 5000, Tallahassee, Florida, 32301, and RBC CAPITAL MARKETS, LLC (Structuring Agent) located at 100 2nd Avenue South, #800, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. This Contract shall become effective on the date the last party signs the Contract (Effective Date).
