These Cappex Standard Terms & Conditions govern each Service Order entered into by and between the "Institution" noted therein and Cappex.com, LLC (as same may from time to time be renewed, the "Service Order"). Each Service Order is effective as of the date it is signed and for the term indicated therein. These terms, along with applicable Service Orders and any other addenda that may be later entered into between the Parties are collectively referred to as the “Agreement.” The parties agree as follows:
