In this Agreement and Disclosure, the words “I,” “me,” “my,” “us” and “our” refer to the member that uses any of Mission Fed Mobile Deposit - Remote Deposit Capture Services (the “Services”) described in this Agreement and Disclosure. The words “you,” “your,” and “Mission Fed” refer to Mission Federal Credit Union. The Mission Federal Credit Union Account Agreements and Disclosure (https://www.missionfed.com/disclosures) are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement and Disclosure. In the event of a discrepancy between this Agreement and Disclosure or the Account Agreement, this Agreement and Disclosure will control.
