This Trip Process Agreement (hereafter, the “Trip Process”) governs the relationship, rights, and obligations between car2go and the Member (as defined below) for the use of car2go Vehicles. A Member must agree to this Trip Process and the Terms and Conditions before reserving and/or using a car2go Vehicle.
