TOTAL ABYSSINIA CARD CONTRACTCard Contract • May 12th, 2022 • Addis Ababa
This contract is signed between the Client and TOTAL Ethiopia S.C. on at Addis Ababa. The contract is valid for three (3) years effective from until and shall be deemed renewed for one year period each for two consecutive years only unless either party terminates it in advance. This Contract is subjected to the General Sales Conditions attached herewith as Annex-A to be part and parcel of this contract. When the Customer requests additional cards the request shall be submitted as per attached format Annex-B and Annex-C, which will be part and parcel of the contract.
