You are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and are bound by them once you start using your card. In this respect, your activation of the Card(s), your signature or confirmation on any transaction records, sales drafts, credit vouchers, cash advance slips, any charge records and/conclusive evidence of your acceptance of these terms & conditions. As such, you should read and understand these terms & conditions before doing so.
