This Service Agreement is entered by and between Metro Dog, Inc. (hereinafter called Metro Dog) and Dog Owner/Guardian (hereinafter called Client) whose name, initials and signature appear below. If the person entering into the Service Agreement is not the Owner, it is understood that the person has the full express, implied and ostensible authority to enter into the Agreement on behalf of the Owner/Guardian.
