(ORGANIZATION NAME), hereinafter referred to as CONTRACTOR (collectively referred to as the “Parties”). The Parties agree that CONTRACTOR will serve as a host worksite and will provide work assignments to participants referred to as temporary workers or “Disaster Relief Workers.” The participants are eligible individuals as described in paragraph 1 below and will be assigned by CSBD to the host worksite(s) made available CONTRACTOR.
