THIS AMENDMENT to that certain Cargo Building Space Rental Agreement at Tampa International Airport, dated September 2, 2010, by and between the HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY AVIATION AUTHORITY, a public body corporate under the laws of the State of Florida (Authority), and AIR GENERAL INC., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Massachusetts and authorized to conduct business in the State of Florida (Company) (hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as Party or Parties) is entered into this day of , 2020 (Amendment No. 3).
