This CARLI I-Share Participant Institution Agreement (“Agreement”), between the Board of Directors of the Consortium of Academic and Research Libraries in Illinois (“CARLI”) and [NAME OF PARTIPANT INSTITUTION], a [LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PARTICIPANT] (“Participant”), becomes effective July 1, 2016 or on the date thereafter upon which the last signature was affixed hereto.
