THIS Carrier Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), entered into as of the date you accept this Agreement, access the Broker’s electronic platform (including any of Broker's mobile applications, websites, or other electronic platforms, collectively “Broker’s Platforms”), create an account (the “Account”), and/or begin using the Services (as defined below) provided by Broker’s Platforms (the “Effective Date”), between you (the “Customer” the “Carrier,” or “you”) and WeTruck, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“WeTruck,” “we,” the “Broker, ”or the “Company”). The Carrier and the Broker are hereinafter sometimes referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
