(“Case Manager”) hereby enters into this agreement with the Office of Public Defense Services (OPDS) under the terms and conditions of this Case Manager Agreement (“Agreement”) to receive hourly compensation for assignments to provide case management services for persons entitled to public defense services in juvenile dependency, termination of parental rights and delinquency cases in the State of Oregon. In consideration of the receipt of any such assignments, Case Manager agrees as follows:
