The agreement is effective for the period stated on the title page of the Buyer’s Guide. The suppliers have been ranked in accordance with the MEAT criteria used to evaluate the tender. Supplier responses to the invitation to tender and any subsequent matters of clarification have been agreed and signed as such by both NEUPC and suppliers.
