CASH COLLATERAL SECURITY AGREEMENT, dated as of March 3, 2003 (this "Agreement"), made by and among SYSTEM ENERGY RESOURCES, INC., an Arkansas corporation (the "Pledgor"), to UNION BANK OF CALIFORNIA, N.A.
