This CASH MANAGEMENT CLIENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") made this day of 20 (the “Effective Date”) is between _ (the "Client"), and Affinity Bank ("Bank") for the delivery of Services, as described below, through the Affinity Bank Business Internet Banking System. This Agreement and, as applicable, the addenda attached hereto and any other agreements referenced herein explain the terms and conditions governing use of the Services. Client acknowledges that it has read and understands this Agreement and has had the opportunity to review this Agreement with an advisor of its choice if so desired.
