This CASH MANAGEMENT SERVICES TERMINATION AGREEMENT, dated as of October 11, 2013 (this “Agreement”), by and among Vivendi, S.A., a société anonyme organized under the laws of France (“Vivendi”), Activision Blizzard, Inc., a Delaware corporation formerly known as Activision, Inc.)
