This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2002, between the County of Yolo, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”), and the Rumsey Band of Wintun Indians, a federally recognized Indian Tribe located in the Capay Valley, County of Yolo, State of California (“Tribe”).
