Mohegan Sun at The Concord will be managed by an affiliate, Mohegan Gaming New York, LLC, ("Mohegan Gaming") an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority ("MTGA"). A copy of the form of Management Agreement to be entered into between the Applicant and Mohegan Gaming upon the award of the license is included in Exhibit VI. O. (1). Also attached as Exhibit VI. O. (2) is a copy of a License Agreement which permits the Applicant to use the "Mohegan Sun" trademark names subject to the terms and conditions contained in said License Agreement.
