THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into at Salida, Colorado this day of , 2017 by and between the CITY OF SALIDA, a Colorado municipal corporation (“City”), and (“Catering Company”), for use of the SteamPlant Event Center (“the SteamPlant”) and it’s Kitchen Spaces (Ballroom Kitchen and Riverside Annex Kitchen), as set out below and in the addendum (a) indicated below, which are attached hereto and made part of this Agreement.
