This Residential Agreement and the Information and Regulations create legally binding obligations between you and the College. This agreement operates as a licence to occupy and is governed by paragraph 8 of Schedule 1 to the Housing Act 1988. You must read both this Agreement and the Information and Regulations and make sure you understand and agree to them before you sign.
