This Agreement is made between Cave Shepherd & Co. Limited a company incorporated under the laws of Barbados (“Cave Shepherd”) and the Applicant and/or any Authorised User (“Authorised User’). This Agreement applies to the Account and the Card and replaces all prior cardholder agreements between Cave Shepherd and the Authorised User for the Account and the Card.
