This CCAFS Partner Subagreement ;͞AŐƌĞĞŵĞŶƚ͟Ϳ ŝƐ ĞŶƚĞƌĞĚ ŝŶƚŽ ďLJ ĂŶĚ ďĞƚǁĞen the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) a non-profit international organization with headquarters at Patancheru, Andhra Pradesh 502 324, India; hereinafter referred to as the ͞,ŽƐƚ /ŶƐƚŝƚƵƚŝŽŶ͟ ĂŶĚ ƚŚĞ CSIR-Savanna Agricultural Research Institute (CSIR-SARI) located at Wa, POB 494, Upper West Region, Ghana; hereinafter referred to as the ͞Partner Institution͟ with mutual cooperation and partnership to provide certain services and to deliver certain outputs.
