Our standard maintenance agreement covers all supplied CCTV hardware and software against failures in design, manufacture or installation for a period of twelve months for an annual consideration of 10% of the original gross value of the installation payable in advance. Chargeable additions or modifications to the system made post installation will be added to the maintenance fee with applicable increases invoiced pro rata at the date of installation of those additions or modifications. Continuation of cover is subject to annual renewal and full settlement of invoices within 30 days of the date of such invoices.
