This CD ADDENDUM (this “CD Addendum”) is made by and between CSG Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“CSG”), and Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Comcast”), on behalf of itself and its Affiliates (collectively, “Customer”). This CD Addendum is made and entered into as of the date last signed below and is effective as of September 1, 2013 (the “CD Addendum Effective Date”). CSG and Customer entered into a certain CSG Master Subscriber Management System Agreement (Document #2501940) effective as of March 1, 2013 (the “Agreement”), and now desire to describe the terms and conditions under which CSG will make available certain specialized products and related services to Customer, as further set forth in this CD Addendum and Order Documents (as defined below) executed hereunder.
