This Data Processing Agreement forms part of and is integrated into the agreement and any Orders between You and Celonis governing Our provision of Services to You (collectively, the “Agreement”). If and to the extent We Process Your Personal Data within the scope of the Agreement, this Data Processing Agreement including its Annexes (collectively, the “DPA”) shall apply to such Processing activities.
