This management and operations interlocal cooperation agreement (the “Contract”) is executed between the GENERAL LAND OFFICE and the VETERANS LAND BOARD, each an agency of the State of Texas (collectively “the Board”), and NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS (“Provider”), each a “Party” and collectively as “the Parties,” enter into the following agreement for Cemetery Management and Operation services (the “Contract”) pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code.
